DĖL NEMOKUMO PROCESO INICIJAVIMO

1. APS grupė, UAB (toliau Bendrovė) direktorius Andžej Romančikas vadovaudamasis Lietuvos Respublikos juridinių asmenų nemokumo įstatymo (toliau LR JANĮ) 8 str. nusprendė inicijuoti nemokumo procesą Bendrovei.

2. Informuojame, kad Bendrovė susidūrė su finansiniais sunkumais, negali ir negalės įvykdyti įsipareigojimų kreditoriams.

3. Siekdami išspręsti Bendrovės finansinius sunkumus, prašome Kreditoriaus ne vėliau kaip per 30 dienų nuo šio pranešimo įteikimo dienos sudaryti susitarimą dėl pagalbos, kuriuo Kreditorius atsisakytų 60 proc. reikalavimo bei išdėstytų likusios skolos įvykdymą 12 mėnesių laikotarpiui.

4. Jeigu per šiame pranešime nurodytą terminą nebus sudarytas susitarimas dėl pagalbos arba priimtas sprendimas bankroto procesą vykdyti ne teismo tvarka, Bendrovė kreipsis į teismą dėl restruktūrizavimo arba bankroto bylos iškėlimo.
