Dėl nemokumo proceso inicijavimo

Remdamiesi Lietuvos Respublikos juridinių asmenų nemokumo įstatymo 8 straipsnio nuostatomis informuojame, kad UAB "Todera" jums *** turi neįvykdytą prievolę - yra skolinga ***Eur. Taip pat nurodome, kad jeigu iki 2025-11-17 nebus sudarytas susitarimas dėl pagalbos arba priimtas sprendimas bankroto procesą vykdyti ne teismo tvarka, UAB "Todera" kreipsis į teismą dėl bankroto bylos iškėlimo.

Atsižvelgiant į tai, prašome jūsų kuo skubiau informuoti apie galimybes sudaryti susitarimą dėl pagalbos/ priimti sprendimą bankroto procesą vykdyti ne teismo tvarka.
